Early last month I got to play for the @internetarchive staff over zoom for their Essential Music concert series. It was started in 2020 for the pandemic and became a hit, so they kept doing it. There is now a massive database of musicians of all kinds of backgrounds on the Internet Archive website, and I feel quite honored to have my work exist in this pantheon. I played for 100 lovely people who do great work to help keep everything from old movies to canceled tv shows and defunct websites available to all. (It’s like our modern Library of Alexandria!) I encourage anybody interested to apply. I initially found the form through their Instagram, go ahead and give them a follow to stay up do date on other going’s on and great opportunities such as this.
