Genuinely very excited for the arrival of this 4/3mm hooded wetsuit by @srface . Winters in Cornwall can be harsh and the hood keeps the wind and hail at bay, and the ear plugs securely locked in, but winters can also be mild making a full 5/4/3mm hooded suit overkill for much of the season.
The flexibility of the 4/3mm Yamamoto #40 with added bonus of the built in hood is going hit the mark for many pards in Cornish waters. Could be the best thing since sliced bread. ππ½
Thanks @nigelairdphotography for the angles. πΈπ
joined the @tim.elter olympic training programme for a morning, before getting thrown out for bad behaviour..

Finally managed to sit down with a warm drink and enjoy the latest @wavelengthsurfmag . A beautiful collection of words and imagery exploring the deep connections of people, place and ideas to land and sea. Another splendid issue by editor and good pard @laymike .
It was great to share a few words on my personal connection and experiences with the form and function of the @campbellbros Bonzer surfboard, accompanied by a collection photographs by lens master and fellow pard @nickpumphreyphoto .
βAs a surfer and architect, one has always struggled with the interrelationship between these two endeavours: surfing and architecture. Spiritual freedom and expression vs form, function and aesthetics. For me, the Bonzer bridged a void between these two entities in the most beautiful way possible. It introduced a logical and functional design into the core of my surfing. A deeper understanding and belief of what is happening underfoot which continues to expand the possibilities of my surfing and existence on all fronts.β
