More tips INSIDE brev 👇🏼 Anyone been watching INSIDE? Specs is the funniest guy I swear 🤣 Had so much fun shooting this product photo for PRIME Energy (not so much fun clearing up after 🥲) Top tip, make sure any powder you use easily washes out of your clothes (or be smart and wear already ruined clothes). 📝 Instructions: 1. Balance your backdrop over 2 separate surfaces, making sure to leave empty space under the middle. 📃 2. Add your coloured powders of choice to the backdrop, and spread it out in your preferred layout. 💛🩷 3. Attach a stick to your bottle with some tape (or find a better way to levitate the bottle above your backdrop) 🥢 4. Set your camera up on a timer, on burst mode. Then smash the powder from underneath the backdrop and try your best to keep the bottle still above. 5. Bring your photos into Lightroom/Photoshop and make some light adjustments 👨🏼‍💻 🎯 Prop List - Product - Backdrop - Coloured Powder - Stick - Tape And done :) Share this reel with a friend you’d love to try this with, and make sure to tag me if you post it! 🫡 ⬇️ Drop a comment if you have any questions. If you find this type of content useful, follow this page and save the reels for inspiration! ⭐️📸 . . . #prime #inside #sidemen #ksi #bts #productphotography #photooftheday

Read before trying this 👇 I wanted to experiment using reflections, so I grabbed my mirror and threw it underneath this product 🪞 The photo still felt a little flat, so I finally decided to add a splash of water to the scene, and WOW did it make a difference! 💧 This just goes to show once again, that there’s always a slight adjustment you can make that’ll make or break the photo 📸 📝 Instructions: 1. Place a mirror on a flat surface, then add your product on top 🪞 2. Add a splash of water underneath/around your product, be careful not to let it fall off the mirror! 💧 3. Use a hair dryer or something similar to force the water to ripple, and set your camera to burst mode. 💨 4. Bring your photos into Lightroom/Photoshop and make some light adjustments 👨🏼‍💻 🎯 Prop List - Product - Backdrop - Mirror - Water - Hair Dryer There you go :) Share this reel with a friend you’d love to try this with, and make sure to tag me if you post it! 🫡 ⬇️ Drop a comment if you have any questions. I’m 26 today 🥳 All I ever dreamed of was being self-employed, having the freedom to do the work I wanted, and to own the gear I needed to make all of that possible. I feel absolutely blessed that all of those dreams have now become a reality. I couldn’t have ever imagined the path I would’ve had to take to get here, but I wouldn’t change anything. Along the way, I’ve had the chance to: 🌍 Shoot in 24 cities across 3 continents 🎥 Work as a camera operator on a feature-length film ✨ Work with talent like Salma Hayek, Ian Wright, Luke Evans and Tyson Fury ⚽️ Film at Arsenal’s stadium 🏥 Work consistently with the NHS 💰 Help raise over £200,000 for charity 📈 See client content reach more than 11 million views Last year I bought my dream camera, the FX3, and this month for my birthday I treated myself to another dream, a Tesla Model 3 Long Range 🚗⚡ It’s not about the gear or the car though. For me, they’re symbols of the hard work, late nights, stressful shoots, and all the times things didn’t go to plan but I kept going anyway. They remind me that sticking with it, even when it feels uncertain, is worth it. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but I know I’m only just getting started. Thank you to everyone who has supported and guided me through this insane journey of mine, and here’s to all the exciting days I have ahead of me 🍻

Using a bit of Generative AI for this one 👀 I’ve had this one sat on my laptop for a while and wasn’t going to post it as I wasn’t happy with it. But let me know what you guys think 🤷🏼‍♂️ Trying to get into the habit of posting without stressing over it being my best ever work all the time 📸 📝 Instructions: Pull out a black backdrop and blackout the room to avoid any external light spilling into the shot 📃 2. Use an RGB light behind the product as a backlight, and also to light up the powder 🚦 3. Light the front of your product with some standard lighting to give the product some more pop 🔦 4. Shake the powder out behind the product but infront of the light so the product is enveloped ☁️ 5. Bring your photos into Lightroom/Photoshop and make some light adjustments 👨🏼‍💻 🎯 Prop List - Product - Backdrop - RGB Light - Baby powder And done :) Share this reel with a friend you’d love to try this with, and make sure to tag me if you post it! 🫡 ⬇️ Drop a comment if you have any questions. Last year I reached a level of burnout that completely destroyed my passion for creative work. Here are some tips to help you avoid making the same mistakes: 1. Make time for personal projects 🎥 Simply put, if you don’t give yourself time to work on your own projects, you will eventually lose your passion. It’s so important to have ongoing projects that you have complete creative control over, otherwise you’re just creating work that everyone else thinks looks great, and you lose sight of your own creative vision. 2. Check your environment 👥 You are the average of the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with. If the people you spend all day with are lazy, irresponsible, and consistently break promises to themselves and other people, you will end up following suit. Surround yourself with strong people who encourage you to grow alongside them, and you will instantly notice the ripple effect on other areas of your life. 3. You GET to do this 😁 It’s easy to keep putting off that task you’ve been meaning to do, or that project that’s stuck at a big hurdle. Sometimes all you need to do is take a step back, and think back to your roots. For me, I remind myself how crazy it is that I get paid to be a creative, when not too long ago I was serving up fish & chips & stacking shelves. Once you start ticking off these scary tasks, you build discipline within yourself. 4. Schedule your time ⏰ Don’t get me wrong, you don’t need to schedule every minute of your day (I tried this for a while and it leads to more problems!), but you should block off time to work on specific tasks. This way, you can focus in on these tasks during the set hours, and then when you’re relaxing, you can keep your mind away from work. Ultimately, the goal here is to keep work/life separate to avoid burnout. I hope these tips help, if you have any useful tips of your own drop them down below to help others! . . . #videography #tips #creative #bts #entrepreneur #motivation #editing

5 tips you can steal 👇 1. It’s not all about gear 🛠️ For so long I obsessed over the idea of needing more and more camera gear, thinking that’s what would make me more professional. While this is true, you can have all the gear in the world and still be lost on set without a plan. Focus more on planning how you’re going to direct your subjects, and come prepared with a list of poses/set ups you can run through on the day. 2. Practice with prime lenses 📸 As I started out with my trusty 24-70mm, I fell into the trap of changing focal length every 5 seconds rather than thinking more about my composition and physically moving myself into different spots/angles. This made me lazy, and ultimately destroyed my creativity and slowed down my learning. Using prime lenses takes away this problem and forces you to learn properly. 3. Stop comparing yourself to others 📱 It’s so easy nowadays to jump on instagram and compare yourself to the amazing content that pops up on your feed. But the truth is, these people you’re now seeing have spent years perfecting their craft, and there’s no way you’d ever be able to just jump straight in at their level without putting the legwork in. 4. Photoshop/Lightroom Classic 🖥️ Some basic tools in these bits of software that have massively upped my game, are using vignettes and masks. You don’t always have the luxury of being able to shape the light when you’re shooting, but this is where Photoshop can come in clutch! 5. Allocate time for fun practice 🤪 Most of us photographers/creatives end being worked off our feet, up until 3am perfecting our edits, crawling over the line to hit deadlines, and it’s easy to fall out of love with it all if you’re not careful. I’ve been there, and it becomes soul destroying to watch your passion fade away day by day. This is why it’s so important that you make time to have a play around and create content where you have no deadlines or outside pressures, because this is where you truly can let your skills run wild! . . . #photography #tips #creative #bts #socialmediamarketing #productphotography #photooftheday
