Our largest one stop transformation to date and we sure are proud of it.. we completed our shake down off road with it yesterday to make sure things were dialed in and truck is running smooth. Unlike the Jack Wagon which has been built over the last 8 years (and still building), getting to see the before and after of this truck in such a short period of time was really cool to see. Our JWO High Clearance Sliders are now LIVE on our website! For G owners who want protection to the sides of their truck but don’t need the heavy protection underneath our Skid Steps provide, these sliders are a strong, compact option for you that is form fitting to the truck. -door trim pealing? No worries. With these sliders, the oem trim piece below the door that is notorious for pealing back is removed and that area is covered as these fit very high up towards the bottom of the door. -the inside edge of the sliders is finished with a rubber trim piece for a seamless look and minimizing metal on metal contact -all black hardware provided for the cleanest look -want them for your 463A or 465 G? We’ve been quietly in the works of something special behind the scenes over the last few months and it’s nearly complete. This 2025 G550 (@larrytheg550 ) is getting -the first ever 465 JWO slim front bumper featuring cooler relocation for ultimate clearance, a winch and bull bar also to follow as well as some small details/advancements we will cover more on -the first set of our JWO High Clearance Sliders for 463A and 465 models which fit seamlessly with the fender flares and door sill for all models 2019 and newer (will be available on our website soon) -the most intricate and the strongest rear bumper possibly ever on a 463a or 465 g wagon - how so strong? 🧐🧐 And even MORE goodies! It’s not a G-Wagon anymore. Phase two of Liver King’s build is done and this thing has officially been renamed the K-Wagon… King Wagon. All the gold accents are now brushed metallic silver. Way cleaner look. 37 inch Toyo MTs on 24s Jack Wagon two inch lift Better clearance and better ride with all the added weight This setup just works better. We also handled a few small things behind the scenes. Wiring, stereo adjustments, stuff like that. Houston Car Stereo got that dialed in. The biggest change is the identity. LK wanted this to be his, not just another G63. So we had custom badges made to replace the Brabus and G63 branding. Shout out to DigiFab out of New York. Found them through social media, told them exactly what we needed, and they delivered. 3D printed badges that look factory. That was the goal. Only issue we ran into was a leaking CV boot on the front passenger side, so it’s heading to Mercedes to get that handled. Phase two is done. Now we wait for phase three. This 2016 G63 in the limited edition “Sunset Beam” is ready to roll day or night! Thank you to Serena for bringing her G in and giving us the chance to get creative on this one! You can check out the full length JWO in-house build walkaround on our YouTube (JackWagonOverlanding) Wanting some major light from the front of her truck but not wanting to drill into the factory bumper, we made a custom light bar bracket that allowed us to mount 4 x Baja Designs LP6 Pros up front. We also made a custom switch panel for these lights and added several interior upgrades as well! Around the outside, you’ll see some of our staples - JWO 2 inch lift kit, 33 inch tires and some beautiful HRE wheels, LED sequential blink taillights, and a Eurowise reverse spare mount.
