made this song with coop in October of 2021. wild to see how music grows with you over time, and how it can mean so many different things in new contexts.
we finished it the night we started it, and I remember it being some of the most fun I’ve ever had making music. for whatever reason, everything just clicked. @_krummholz_ then took it and did some mix wizardry on it.
listening back to it gives me so much joy and brings me back to the exact emotion I felt in that moment. i hope it can do something for u 2 !

Got to write and make the majority of this record with Jonas and @conallcafferty in Jonas’ basement in Chattanooga. Was our first time all together, and the beginning of some really special friendship. Getting to see hear these songs played to 30k people the other week is something I’ll never forget sharing with them.
Could talk about Jonas for hours and the positive impact he has on the world, but will keep it short as there’s much more coming.
