The algorithm told me to use this audio clip and it feels pretty perfect. I love doing paper mache because it feels like play. I don’t worry about flawless details or clean lines. I made a very fun, 4 foot tall, paper mache puppet of Derpy Tiger from Netflix’s K-Pop Demon Hunters earlier this summer. 🐯👩🎤🎨 After a week in the garage crafting, I spent an afternoon puppeting from deep inside Derpy. It was great. I really felt like we became one. The texture of the tongue is my favorite detail. We went to New England and Quebec City and it was great. Beto’s first time in Maine. Charlie’s first case of “diareena”. A wonderful wedding. Visiting my hometown for the first time in eight years. Seeing where we left my dad on top of Mount Mansfield. A trip to Quebec city that felt like France. We loved it all…except Lobster rolls. Those are gross as hell. 🤮🦞
