Jack will be one of the dancers/ choreographers for our first event.
“Jack Randel, originally from Farmington Hills, Michigan, is a Brooklyn-based freelance dancer. Jack received a BFA in Dance from the University of Michigan. They have worked with choreographers Shannon Gillen, Jessica Fogel, Amanda Selwyn, Teresa Fellion, Jillian Hopper, Matty Mahoski, Nicole Reehorst, Leah O’Donnell, and J’Sun Howard. Jack has performed and choreographed for many regional theatrical productions in southeast Michigan. Their choreography was showcased at the American College Dance Association National festival in 2023. Jack is a company member with Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre and BodyStories.“

Originally from Farmington Hills, Michigan, Jack holds a BFA in Dance from the University of Michigan. Their impressive journey includes working with choreographers like Shannon Gillen, Jessica Fogel, Jillian Hopper, Matty Mahoski, Nicole Reehorst, Leah O’Donnell, and J’Sun Howard.
Jack has performed in numerous regional theatrical productions in southeast Michigan and has also choreographed for various dance troupes and theatrical productions during their time on campus. One of their proudest accomplishments? Having their choreography showcased at the American College Dance Association National Festival in 2023! 🌟
Jack began rehearsing with us in November learning repertory to perform with us at APAP earlier this month. Heading into 2025, we are excited to develop further our repertory with Jack and create a new work for our premier in June and upcoming engagements throughout 2025! Jack is also a company member with Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre, and we feel so lucky to have them join our team. We can’t wait to collaborate and create incredible work together!
