I recently spent two inspiring weeks as an artist in residence at the Vermont Studio Center. It was an incredible chance to focus deeply on my practice and share time with such a talented and generous group of artists. I’m so grateful to my cohort, the VSC staff and educators, visiting artists, and all the supporters who make this place possible. These are the photographs and the camera I made while I was there.

This Van Dyke print was produced at the @penumbrafoundation and photographed on a 4×5 negative using a hand-built ceramic camera made from locally sourced Catskills clay, where the image itself was created.
