Eight and a half years ago, my #mentalhealth wasn’t good. I was really struggling, sometimes even publicly. I’d gone public and to face things I’d avoided just to #survive, and in that space, I started writing about a place that felt safe.
Over time, especially through many iterations and over thinking, it became something more. Every road I took over my lifetime, the good and the painful, led me here. #TGWCM
This year it feels like the right people want to be a part of it too. It’s exciting but.. I just hope I get to share it with you.

We understand that many fans don’t want to engage with politics and world events . However, what’s happening in the United States and globally goes far beyond countries and party lines, it’s about ethics, morality, humanity and basic decency. #JessickaAddams has been vocal about injustice since the very beginning of the band and continues to do so with clarity and conviction today.
JOJ is no longer an active band, but its memory and legacy still stand for something. We will always stand up for what matters.
Jack Off Jill has always cared about its fans, without exception. Regardless of skin color, gender, sexual identity, ideology, body size, immigration status, religion, location, or culture. For the most part, our experiences with actual #JackOffJill fans have been overwhelmingly positive. Seeing the fan art, the archives,daily stories and the JOJ content being shared and reshared has been genuinely uplifting.
While I don’t interact with the community from my private account, watching this space grow. here and on @houseofaddams Instagram has been a truly positive experience.
That said, if the views shared here make anyone uncomfortable, we’re not offended by unfollows or disagreement. This is a #safespace that will never be complicit, it will remain rooted in integrity, inclusivity, and respect.

My phone accidentally took this photo watching yet another person murdered by federal agents in Minnesota.
What the actual fuck is happening?
This is not an isolated incident, it never was….this is a crisis. In just the last few weeks, federal immigration agents have been involved in multiple deadly shootings in Minneapolis, including the killing of #RenéeGood, a 37-year-old U.S. citizen, which was later ruled a homicide by the medical examiner.
And now, again today, a man was executed by federal agents #ICE during this massive immigration enforcement operation …the second such fatal encounter in just a couple weeks!!!
We are living through a moment where power is being used with deadly consequence on us!
#WeThePeople with any sense of humanity, we cannot sleep. What we do, what we say, and what we support matters more than ever.
We must stand up for accountability, transparency, and justice. Silence means complicity. What is the next step? I am open to any discussion. #thishastostop.
