Ask for help. We wanted this piece to reflect how easy it is to hide your mental health as a man. Our hope is that this film spreads awareness and can be an encouragement to those who need it and can relate. You’re never as alone as it may feel.

Last night we got to premiere our film at the @samnewton film festival! It was so encouraging to see everyone’s projects and to leave the space inspired. I remember texting Alli and Connor not long ago wanting to make something - being able to share that vision on the big screen in front of so many talented creators felt so surreal.
Thank you to everyone who came out and supported. Can’t wait to share the project with you all!
