Came away with 3rd 🥉 behind @grace.alexander92 and @paula_findlay and although I would have liked to have a little more pep on the bike I made do and counted the miles till I could run 😆 All of the cheers on course made it a super fun time. Thank you!! 🙏

The power of moms 🤍
Becoming a mom has changed me in every way- as a person, as a woman, and as an athlete. It’s made me softer and stronger at the same time. It’s taught me perspective, patience, resilience, and a deeper kind of purpose. ☺️
I’m so grateful for my own mom, for Mark’s mom, and for the countless moms who have shown me what strength, love, sacrifice, and perseverance look like. ❤️So much of this journey has been shaped by women who quietly led the way before me.🙌
If my journey can do anything, I hope it helps women realize how amazing being a mom is and helps another mom believe she can still chase big dreams. I hope it encourages someone in the hard seasons, reminds women they are not alone, and helps lift up the next generation of moms- in sport, in life, and beyond.
There is so much power in moms. 🤍

Recovery from IM Texas has gone well and I’ve kicked back into training. Chatt will be a great part of the build toward the next couple Pro Series events - kicking off w/Happy Valley in June.

Be smart out there and listen to your body!
Post IM: 1 week off or very easy choice
1 week back into your routine but not hard
Then it’s back into it fully
