Long’s Long Lost & Mini Mart Trailer

Starring: Hong Dao, Jackie Tran, Hoai Tam, and Long Nguyen
Logline: In the seedy back halls of a Little Saigon convenience store, a young customer seeking closure reanimates his dead father for one last conversation. When the reunion doesn’t go as expected, the store clerk is forced to contain the fallout… unearthing deep generational schisms and the hidden pains of things left unsaid.
So many moments out of 2025… what a difficult and beautiful year it’s been. Will be more active with posting all of the projects I’ve gotten the chance to be apart of! Some notable ones:
- My first tribeca short film! Written and Directed by Julian Doan. I got to act with Vietnamese comedy legends Hong Dao and Hoai Tam. Film went on to win BEST SHORT and my FIRST ever best actors nomination at the VietFilmFest.
-Got casted in a COMEDY MUSICAL feature film called “SATURDAY” directed by Diane Foster and music created by the iconic Mark Vogel! Film is a blend of Breakfast Club X Highschool Musical. Will be coming out this year 2026! Can’t wait for yall to meet this crazy group 🤪
- First CO Star for a huge tv show as well as finally earning my SAG card!
Grateful for this journey.. grateful for my manager and all of the friends that have uplifted me this past year. Let’s keep it going ❤️
To my SATURDAY Family,
It still feels like yesterday when I first met all of you triple threat divas and now we’re officially wrapped.. thank you for embracing and supporting me throughout this entire journey of the last three months. Everything from dance rehearsals, to character work, down to the emotional support from getting scolded at cuz I keep missing my mark HAHA.
This journey has been tough and beautiful… and if I could do it again with all of you. I’d do it in a heart beat.
@dianefosterofficial To my fearless director Diane… Thank you for entrusting me with Zack and for being SO open to all of the ideas that I wanted to bring to your character. It’s because of your flexibility that I was able to take Zack with what was given and fully ran with it! Love you so much. You have changed my life and I’m forever grateful to you ❤️.
@littlegypsywitch Gina… my body is sore. I am WRECKED from all of the choreo training.. but my goodness, you have actually turned me into a dancer! It’s been an wonderful privilege to learn from you these past few months and to not only be touched by your movement but your generous heart as well 🫶🏻.
@drewseeley To our Mr. Marlin, this edit is dedicated to you! Thank you for having such a huge influence on my childhood… was an absolute pleasure to share this screen with you!
And of course.. my BIGGEST thank you to everyone behind crew, camera, make up! We all would not be here without you.. from Phil our DP with all of the crazy A24 shots, to Susan and Bonnie checking in to make sure the actors got what they needed, to Karina, Laura, and Ally with hair and make up!
