Next Saturday, 21st March, I'll be playing at the incredible Kings Place alongside @thebangerfactory as part of a huge showcase for the @bangerfactoryrecords label.
It promises to be an amazing day, running from 4pm to 10pm, and is stacked with amazing bands and music!

I returned to the beautiful city of Seville last week to run my first full marathon 🏃♂️☀️ an extremely rewarding experience and it couldn't have gone much better.
It's been nearly four years since I started running and I finally got around to taking on the big one. It definitely won't be my last.

Had fun at the Big Half on Sunday and smashed my personal best! Running on home turf and finishing in my favourite place in London, Greenwich Park, was pretty special.
