“THE CAVE” Track 2 from “The Krunk Lyfe of Zonly”
This is one of my favorite tracks I’ve ever produced. I haven’t sang / performed in nearly 15yrs. When I was a kid, I wrote and performed original music in my punk rock band as a guitarist and lead singer. I had difficulties with confidence in my voice, so I decided to work behind the scenes and help artists with amazing voices, and talent through the ways that I could. Fast forward - I’ve learned how to love my voice, even if it’s different to my own ears. I’ve learned to say, “F*** that you have a voice. Be proud of it. Own it.” I hope this next generation of Artists / Musicians will carry that mindset, and not feel so insecure. To be confident with the voice that they have, because we all have a story. We all have a message, and we all have a reason. Thanks for coming to my TED talk. 🤍
