10,000+ new folks in the past month 🄹 Welcome!!! Let me introduce myself… I walk a fine line between drive and presence. I love building businesses and creating impact, but I’m even more committed to showing up for my family and finding fulfillment in life’s richer moments. When I was 5 years old, a seed was planted that would shape my life… My parents ran a not-for-profit called Breaking the Cycle, helping youth off the streets and out of prison by guiding them through a personal development program and into meaningful employment. Breaking the Cycle frustrated and inspired me… I was frustrated by how the system failed so many, yet deeply inspired by the transformations that happened when people were given belief and a roadmap. This was the classroom I grew up in. Now, here’s where things take a turn… As a teenager, I didn’t fit the traditional path. I spent my weekdays avoiding school and my weekends in police stations. It was during those dark times that something incredible happened… At 16, I reconnected with personal development and began diving into psychology, leadership and human behavior—it saved my life. I wanted to be an entrepreneur. After many years of false starts and failures, I co-founded MBE Group, helping businesses raise over $300 million from investors and growing it into one of Australia’s fastest-growing companies. Along the way, I became an investor, backing industries from biotechnology to luxury real estate—one of which became a unicorn, hitting a $1 billion valuation in under 10 years. Little did I know that these early experiences would lead me to build one of the largest coaching companies in the world, The Entourage. So far we’ve helped our clients add over $6.2 billion in sales. Most importantly I’m a proud father to Ariella and husband to my angel @amandapandadelosa . These days you’ll find us traveling the world, growing our empire of portfolio companies, and living a life filled with love and adventure. I believe each of us has a purpose: to become the best version of ourselves and share that with the world. May your ambition far outweigh your fear. JD

No one cares about your product—they care about what it can do for them. Frame everything around how it solves their problems and brings them closer to their goals. Shift your focus from features to benefits, and you’ll turn your product into the solution they’ve been looking for. It’s all about guiding them from pain to pleasure. #CustomerFocus #SalesStrategy #Marketing101

When there’s a chickenpox outbreak at daycare, it’s ā€˜Take Your Daughter to Work’ day! šŸ–„ļø šŸ‘¼ Ariella’s officially our mini mascot! She may be the cutest distraction ever ✨ Productivity’s taken a hit, but morale is through the roof šŸ¤£šŸš€

School punishes the skills that make people successful in the real world. In a classroom, questioning the system gets you in trouble. In business, questioning the system is how you win. The education system rewards obedience and memorisation. If you want to succeed, you have to unlearn the mindset of waiting your turn.

A $30 Claude subscription is NOT going to double your business. View AI as a multiplier, not a miracle worker. Use it to do less of what costs you time, and more of what makes you money.

Happy Mother’s Day to our one and only @amandapandadelosa ā¤ļøā€šŸ”„ You are a never ending burst of inspiration. From traveling the world and building an empire, to speaking on stages, podcasts and pouring energy into everyone you meet… you do it all while being the most present, patient, and adoring mother to Ariella šŸ‘¼ She is joyful, brave, and wonderfully confident because she has your example to follow every single day. We love you and are grateful for you more than words can express šŸ˜ And to all mothers today….The poet William Ross Wallace once wrote, ā€œThe hand that rocks the cradle is the hand that rules the world.ā€ True power doesn’t sit in boardrooms or governments. It sits with those raising the next generation. The love, boundaries, and values you instill in your children today, decides the society we live in tomorrow. Motherhood is the most important job on earth. Happy Mother’s Day. And thank you šŸ’›

An absolutely magical week with 60 million-dollar business owners in Fiji 🌓✨ From deep identity work and masterminding to fitness bootcamps, starlit dinners, and our own private island, this year’s Elevate retreat was incredible. We design these weeks to give our members a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Paradise is the perfect environment to relax, grow, and map out a clear path to a life and business they love šŸš€ The real magic is the relationships that form. Building a business is hard. Gathering the best of the best reminds us that we all face the same challenges and insecurities, and most importantly, that we’re in this together. The intention is for them to leave feeling like they’ve had the most rejuvenating holiday of their lives, while also feeling like they’ve grown in every aspect of themselves. Deeply transformative, and way too much fun 🄳 šŸ„‚ Well done Entourage Team for pulling off another once in a lifetime experience šŸļø

School prepares kids for a world that no longer exists. By 2045, the world will be unrecognisable, yet schools are teaching like it’s the 1800’s. My daughter won’t go to school, not because we don’t value education, but because we value it too much.
