1:14:27 at the @ballaratmarathon
I love running, some days feel hard, some days you feel great, and that’s what makes it fun. Today was a good one.
I’ve had my share of tough races over the past 12 months, so when it all comes together like this, it means a lot.
Ballarat is a great course, the half is built for fast running. Congrats to everyone who showed up today. No matter the time, getting out there is what counts.

I’ve always wanted a cool finish photo with a fast time and this is it 🥹
I’ve worked my ass off to improve in the Mara and after cracking 2:44 in Tokyo, falling short at Gold Coast, I can happily say this is my best run to date.
Knocking 3 mins off my PB on a 320m elevation course, I’m very proud of.
Sydney is faster than the map says as long as training is good and mindset is positive.
I felt like this was 2hr and 41 mins of fun, crowds, pacers and runners made this day so good!
As always the marathon is king, all I can continue to do is prepare my best, show up healthy and give it my best go
Will be recoverying well, before one last crack at the distance for 2025 👀

Lil reminder you should always wear a helmet and you’re dumb if you don’t.
I came off at slow speed but I’m all good, just a few cuts on my leg. If I didn’t have a helmet on, my face would have hit the road first and I’d be pretty cooked.
Thankfully only a broken shoe a few cuts and a further reminder why we always should wear a helmet and that a proper full face helmet is much more optimal. ❤️🫶
