Everyone is welcome to this fantastic community event bringing together over 70 organisations and businesses offering support, advice, activities and opportunities to help people thrive later in life.
Whether you’re looking for wellbeing support, community groups, veterans services, financial and care advice, or simply a friendly and enjoyable day out, there really will be something for everyone.

Yesterday, we had the privilege of attending the STAK.life CIC art exhibition fundraiser an inspiring event that was about so much more than raising funds.
The exhibition brought people together to shine a light on mental health neurodivergence, and suicide prevention, helping to break down stigma and encourage open conversations that are so important in our communities. Through art, storytelling, and shared experiences, the event highlighted the importance of compassion, understanding, and ensuring that nobody feels alone.
A huge thank you to everyone involved in organising such a powerful and meaningful event, to Emma and Tristan for their constant bravery, and to all the artists, volunteers, and supporters who continue to raise awareness and provide support for those facing challenges every day.
It is on again today head down to The Ark in Cliftonville from 10am!

Great to be invited along to the Powell-Cotton Museum and Gardens Open Day this Bank Holiday Monday at Quex park celebrating 100 years of history, heritage, and community.
It’s fantastic to see so many people attending, and a real pleasure to meet the owner, who shared a wonderful insight into her family history along with some excellent stories.
Thank you to the staff and trustees for their tireless work in keeping this amazing museum, house, gardens, and everything it represents alive.
Here’s to the next 100 years!

The VCSEF Leaders Awards were truly brilliant an inspiring celebration of the people who make a real difference in our communities every single day.
Congratulations to everyone who attended. The dedication, passion and impact in that room was clear to see and it’s something to be incredibly proud of.
It was incredible to hear the voice of the sector listening to lived experience and what truly matters to those in the room, especially around volunteering. The atmosphere was consistently positive, and I left feeling exceptionally inspired.
A huge thank you to Lisa McCartney from Practice Plus for their kind sponsorship. And also thank you to The Mayor and local cllrs in particular Douglas Hamandishe for his brilliant MC skills from Medway Council for their constant support. And also to students MidKent College for attending to video and photograph the event!
