i never believed i’d be where i’m at now. if it weren’t for the guidance of my coach and the support i felt while studying for my certifications, i wouldn’t have built the confidence i now have in myself and my career 🥹
i grew up constantly being told i was “skinny” and “small.” i was always the “fitness girl,” the “healthy one” in the family — yet no matter what, i could never get to where i wanted to be. i know exactly what it feels like to be lost and confused, which is why i coach from a place of understanding 🫂
it took me a minute to feel comfortable eating carbs again… full cups of rice (my coach can vouch for this hahaha) and to find the confidence to even get myself to the gym

macros are super important to consider !!! but ultimately, if you’re truly trying to drop scale weight, calories > calories most of the time !!!
there are soooo many yummy and nutritious foods that have important roles in our diets, but also sneak in lots of calories that typically aren’t accounted for !!!
your “clean” avocado toast could easily be 400-500+ calories with very little protein !! avocado is an amazing source of healthy fats, but it’s not nearly as macro friendly or satiating as a balanced breakfast with eggs, egg whites, avocado, and fruit !!
that’s why understanding calories AND macros matters so much when it comes to fat loss, body recomp, and maintaining a lean physique without feeling restricted 24/7 👏🏼

EASIEST fat loss hack 👇🏼
~1lb of body fat ≈ 3,500 calories
~2lb of body fat ≈ 7,000 calories
so to lose ~1–2lbs a week, you need to be in a ~3,500–7,000 calorie weekly deficit — which doesn’t just mean slashing calories !!!!!
so this is what you’re gonna do
1. increase your steps !! 10,000 steps ≈ ~250–500 calories 5 days a week = ~1,250–2,500 calories
1. weight training ~150–300 calories per workout 4–5 days a week = ~600–1,500 calories
1. cardio 30 minutes ≈ ~150–250 calories 4–5x a week = ~600–1,250 calories ex. zone 2 stairs or incline walk
total calories burned from movement = ~2,500–5,000
1. diet (remaining calories) be in a small daily deficit (~200–400 calories) (so if your maintenance is ~2,000, eat ~1,600–1,800)
some helpful tips !!
✨ prioritize whole foods
✨ remove junk/processed food from your fridge & pantry
✨ save phone tasks like emails, scrolling, etc. to when you’re walking

i wasn’t someone who drank all the time… but when i did, i went ALL in
and that cycle caught up to me fast !!!!
restricting all week → getting hammered on weekends → binge eating → feeling like sh*t → repeat
i wasn’t just “having fun” i was putting my body through constant stress and wondering why i felt stuck, puffy, and out of control
it wasn’t just the alcohol calories… it was the decisions i made “because i was drunk”
