Day 45 ! WOW
Today as I hit day 45 of my #60daysofpraiseandscripture challenge, what came to my mind as I was posting is the art of repetition ~ which refers to using consistent elements to create rhythm, movement. In this case I have been using my recent song , Baba Gbope for this purpose using a different element in a repeating pattern.
How has this art helped ? I would be a liar if I said it has not helped my music but beyond the music, repetition of the song has fostered and still fostering discipline and patience.
I must admit that some days the numbers are not numbering, and that can be frustrating , but understanding that beyond the numbers of streams or like or share , there is a deeper shifting happening first within and then without.
Repeating an activity builds confidence and improves focus because repeated actions become a habit and program the brain to stay alert. So beyond training to drive traffic to my music , This art of repetition is also helping my alertness.
Beyond all the above , I am grateful that this art is helping someone out there also to build faith and develop a continuous sense of gratitude in all circumstances.
