J2 reflects on his journey with mental health and where many of his struggles began.
He speaks about the impact of losing his dad, spending time in and out of hospital, and trying to figure out who he was during it all. The weight of those experiences took a toll on him in ways he didn’t fully understand at the time.
Now, with greater self-awareness, J2 has learned the importance of caring for his mental health, understanding himself better and recognising what he needs to heal and move forward.

Im not really one to speak about numbers, and I try not to look at them, but this year really does reflect all of the change that’s happening constantly over this past year. Compared to when I started I wasn’t even tryina post up my wrapped and now here we are.
thank you to everyone listening, to everyone new over the past year thank you for joining the journey, to everyone that’s been here from the jump, it’s all starting to make sense now init.
I’m too exited for next month too, all the releases loaded up with the mandem are sensational man.
