My Left shoulder/arm got a major tune-up - rotator cuff tear, bicep tear, and frozen shoulder repaired. Bring on the physical therapy 🤦🏻♀️😩. The pain after surgery when the nerve block wears off is absolutely insane WTF 😳!!😣

Excited to have my painting- One with Nature, One with Soul,” selected to be included for the 6th edition SPECTALiA Every Woman Biennial. My piece encapsulates the need for moments of reconnection amidst the chaos of modern life. I created this piece to emphasize the mental health benefits of immersing ourselves in nature, offering a sanctuary from the overwhelming noise of the world. I invite viewers to reflect on their relationship with the environment and the beauty of slowing down. In a time characterized by distractions, this piece serves as a quiet resistance, highlighting joy as a powerful act of subversion and self-care.
