Last night's chunking yellowfins session turned into an unexpected acrobatic show. Hooked a mako that started jumping 150 ft from the boat on our starboard side, getting 50 feet closer with each leap. After narrowly avoiding the rigger and my rod tip taking a hit, he dove under the boat and performed a blackflip on the port side. The cameras finally rolled as he jumped over our starboard corner. I had just took a step back seeking cover LOL. Glad I did
