We teamed up with Cardiff University to highlight the real voices behind nurse staffing decisions. No brand guidelines, no constraints—just complete faith to dive into a mixed-media style and get creative. How do you tell a people-focused story without showing people? Stylised limbs, human touches (spot our hands and mouths ), and healthcare-inspired textures brought this piece to life.
