Round two will open up May 1st and then be available for continuous enrollment. It’s a 4wk move at your own pace bodybuilding style lifting program for ladies coming from a yoga background who still want to flow. I have gained so much strength & I love the way my body has changed over the last few years using these exercises.

Honestly this shape feels pretty normal in my body at this point… which I realize is kind of nuts for some people.
Yesterday I was talking with the crew and one of the photographers mentioned she can still do a front limber at 48 — I loved that. Not even in a “wow” way, just a reminder that the body holds onto what you keep practicing.
After the event, a full day of standing in heels, I still had to teach sculpted yoga. I was exhausted, not exactly in top condition to move… but of course it ended up being the thing that felt the best.
That’s usually how it goes.
You don’t need perfect conditions. You just need to not stop.
One of the girls came up to me after and said she loved the sequence today and hoped I would teach in again - which of course made showing up even sweeter!
