Yesterday was another day spent in nature. Clean air, cool breeze, the perfect amount of sun and great people to talk to.

It was am amazing night at the @warriorstronginc gala. To all my veteran friends and first responders, just want you all to know you are not alone there a lot of help for people like us. Warrior strong inc. is one of them. Check out their website and find the help and wellness support that they can provide. Tom thank you for your support and everything you do, not just for Veterans but also first responders.
Happy birthday to my baby @cutsbyanangel_ 22 years old today. I thank God for giving me such amazing children, each one with their own personality. I love you Angel and I am so proud of the man you are, and continue to move towards becoming. May God continue to bless you.
My 6 year old daughter gave her dad her autograph on a napkin in the restaurant (cursive). Her twin brother was doing the same, but I had to share this one because she decided to change her name simply because there's other girls in her class with her same name. Little Miss Isabella Melvin is different and will always make sure you know she's different. Lol
Met up with my cousin Dr Masucci @vianxchor in MD, after training in DE. And yup, I had to say Dr. Because I am super proud of her.
We almost forgot to take a picture together, so of course we're taking one with our mouths full of taffy, lol
