“counterfeit” is a song that came from the depths of my subconscious. the idea woke me out of a dead sleep. i’m really glad i decided to stay up and write it down.
this song has provided me with so many incredible opportunities since i moved here, i’m so proud that it’s finally out in the world. i hope 8 year old me at her sweet and sassy birthday party is proud too :)
