My favorite motivator in life is knowing I’m exactly who I say I am.
That and I will never give up, everything I get is from all@ the work I’ve put in. And all the investment in BEING a student of the world.
Someone asked me what my favorite project has been. I have two answers, for the following reasons.
1. My billboard in Time Square, transparently it was my first truly big project and I did not know how I was gonna pull it off. Let alone in 14 days, with no team yet and jet lagged. But I felt like I’d been preparing for that moment, ESPECIALLY after the Bootcamp I went through
@mgproject . This project showed me, no matter the problem or the pressure, I will find the solution.
2. Sign my Lens at the
@grammys . This project showed me to always pitch and advocate for my ideas. And always come prepared, the idea was picked up last minute, and with lack of resources I was able to still able to show up and show out. I was just excited to create something with the GRAMMYs little did I know would we re-popularize this trend from sports.
I’m always learning lessons, but my favorites will always be defying the odds people have put on me and remembering I am exactly who I say I am.
