This series of original plays, performed at @windmill.arts , benefited the non-profit organization @laamistadinc , which supports Latino students and their families through academic and life enrichment programs.

My friend Justin hit his S1 last season. In addition to being one of the best writers I know, he definitely directs actors better than anyone I know. I felt greatly honored when he asked me to make his hype reel.
Of course, it was lots of fun to go thru his work and see him flex his strengths; his gripping dialog and captivating premises as well as his perfectly stupid absurdism (he truly is the voice of a generation). But it's also been so cool to see him grow, as he transforms his theatre experience into cinema.
It's awesome to be able to call him a peer and a friend.
