We were honored to welcome home Lila Lapanja, Incline Villageās homegrown Olympian, at the Rec Center bocce courts with her family, supporters and fans just as she returned from skiing in the Olympics, all over Europe, and the US.
If you missed it, we are having her back for another meet & greet on June 12 from 4-7pm during Music at Ski Beach*. Enjoy live music by Big Red Band and meet Olympian and Incline Village resident, Lila Lapanja. Sheāll be signing autographs and will share some of her Olympic experience with the crowd around 5pm, during the set break.

Gateway Roundabout Improvements are underwayš²ā

FW Carson, the contractor, is raising the mound at the roundabout to make it more visible to drivers. The next step will be to add natureās own art, with iconic granite boulders, as the focal point of the roundabout. The boulders are donated by Realberry, the owner of the Cal Neva (under revitalization), and SMC/SNC, the contractor moving the boulders to the roundabout. The boulder placement is scheduled for next week. ā
