Today is my last day at the Buffalo Grove Fitness Center. I have relinquished my role as personal trainer and accepted a new gig. I have officially been promoted to "In-town Grampy". 1st day of this new adventure is May 1 with Susan's and my move to #513. Cincinnati here we come!
