This is how you keep control of a weight room. Good coaches know how to pair fun with accountability.

“but, but, yOU NeeD To cUt YoUr cAloRIes”. Stop the cap. Increasing your calories burnt per day (TDEE) is significantly easier and more enjoyable than cutting your calories. Always start with that.

I’ve seen performance anxiety ruin way too many careers. Pressure is real, especially at higher levels. But being prepared by training how you compete is what leads to success on game day.

This complex can be a lot more helpful than you might think at first. If you’re a weightlifter who struggles with consistency in your pull mechanics this is for you. The first pull helps lock in that movement pattern and the feeling in your mind so that when you do the full thing it feels smoother and more natural!

99% of the time there is no such thing as a BAD exercise. There is definitely such thing as implementing a movement at the wrong time or phase in the program. So many people like to clown on the box squat like it’s the ATG back squat’s useless cousin. It’s 100% useful in its own rights so don’t discredit this movement!
