My dear friend @sabrinajauffret_art has created these beautiful works, featured in a group show by @artplusshanghai_official , running until the end of December. Hours of handwork went into these pieces, and her creativity and passion are always inspiring.
“Longing”
This monumental ikat tapestry floats across the city, beautiful, both hidden and exposed.

Thanks Lilli, Sabrina, Anna for the great photos !
A little obsessed with designer @j.kim . Her recent collaboration installation at the Bukhara Biennale began with stepping through a small door, like entering a secret wardrobe into another world.
The space unfolded as a tapestry of textiles and photographs, all centered around the migratory bird that vanished during the Bukhara water crisis.
This work reimagines the bird’s return, not just as a symbol, but as part of a vibrant cultural gathering.
Maybe we all carry the spirit of the migratory bird in us …
We met artist @abdulvahid_bukhoriy at his studio, where he shared beautiful ancient regional techniques for ceramic making. He also participated in the Bukhara Biennale with his work “Blue Room” at the Gavkushon Madrasa, inspired by the iconic blue domes of Central Asia. Suspended in the center is fish made of brass and copper, crafted by coppersmith Jurabek Siddikov. Drawing on ancient healing traditions, the fish is a vessel symbolizes the absorption of negativity. The room was serene, cool, and radiated magnificent energy.
