Once again, the ITTF Foundation is supporting two players living with Parkinson's at the ITTF World Masters Championships! ๐ Next month, they will take to the table alongside 2,000+ players from around the world.
Continuing the legacy of the 2025 World Table Tennis for Health Festival in Sweden, ๐๐ต๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐๐ป๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฝ and ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฆ๐ถ๐ด๐ณ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฑ๐๐๐ผ๐ป were selected through a raffle to represent the Parkinson's table tennis community on this world stage and to prove that Parkinson's does not define them!
Christine and Stefan have each been living with Parkinson's for several years. When table tennis came into their lives, everything changed. Their stories are a testament to how table tennis can break through health barriers, bring meaningful physical and mental benefits, and spark real transformation. Their journey to the World Masters is a powerful expression of resilience and determination. This initiative also reflects our mission to champion Health and Well-being and the spirit of inclusivity at the heart of table tennis.
Swaythling Club International has co-sponsored their trip, and @lining.official has equipped them with playersโ kits. But we need your support to complete their journey! Every donation you contribute will go directly towards travel, accommodation, and registration fees to help Christine and Stefan carry a message of resilience and hope to Gangneung! ๐ช
