A Lapse of Love. Today, our sophomore EP has been brought into the world. In conjunction with the digital release, we have also teamed up again with @dsfprecords to have the EP available in physical media. CDs are limited to /250 copies hand-numbered in green paint. These are replicated silverpressed discs for the highest listening quality, hand-made and available from ds//fp online and at our shows while supplies last. They are sealed in ecowrap, inside you’ll find a sticker with our new logo along with lyrics, photos and more. Thanks again to @randyleboeuf for working with us and making this EP the best it could be, Dakota Breinlinger at @pb_graphics for doing all of the art for the singles, EP and insert, and to Matthew Klein for orchestrating the physical release. Some words from @milesmcmillanjr about the EP: The title comes from the idea that every song from the EP represents a pivotal moment, “A Lapse Of Love”, in which a shift occurs. Sometimes immediate, sometimes gradual, the first four tracks are a shift in a relationship with someone else, and the last track being a shift in the relationship I have with myself, which I think ties the entire EP together nicely. Reflecting on the songs as a whole, it feels nice to see them as those pivotal moments that have been worked through and processed, giving them even further cohesion even though they all sit in slightly different spaces. Hope these songs resonate with all of you, thanks for listening, and see you this summer. 🌼 🖤

Happy 36th birthday @gypsyxanthony . We set up our drum kits in my garage, face to face to write the drums for this @lionstigerstx song. I vividly remember us going over parts, sharing inspiration and our ideas for the best approach to the verses and bridge. The ending, however, was all you. Your personality, your drums, your fills. I miss seeing you play, and I’m thankful for the time we had together as friends and bandmates. Strength through solidarity. Rest in Power brother.

october was so busy for us, we didn’t have time to get costumes so we just went as ourselves.

today is my mom and her twin sister’s heavenly birthday and Andy told me the best present he could give them was the promise to take care of me for the rest of our lives & I know there’s nothing that would have made them happier. Always and forever a yes - 8/26 ❤️

On 7/14/2025 I had to say goodbye to my best friend, Zuko. Working from home meant that for 13 years we spent nearly every minute together. He was always either under my desk, under my bed, laying next to me, or by my side. His absence is impossible to ignore, but I am all the more grateful for the time we had together. Thank you to everyone who’s shown my boy some love. Whether you were staying at the @nomineemusic house while you were on tour or over for one of our parties, it always meant a lot to hear excited repeated calls to Zuko offering pets (which he would rarely go for) or requests for him to do his signature move of opening and closing the backyard door. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to his bandmates/roommates and @brookehampton for helping me give Zuko a life filled with love and happiness. You all elevated his time here so much, I am eternally grateful to each and every one of you.
