What I’ve learnt as a beginner to running is that you nearly meet God several times along the way 😮💨
(you lot running marathons do a 5k 8x over????? respect!!)
I work on a lot of silly things but this one was the most meaningful yet. Incredible to watch people in big cities, rural towns and small villages, pull up, show love and make noise in support of @greg_james doing superhero things across the country.
8 days. 1000km. Over 4.5 million pounds (!!!) raised for @comicrelief . So much love for the crew who worked on this and to everyone that donated. The @bbcradio1 village is pure magic 🫶🏽
4 days. Incredible people. Full heart, clear head. Stepped out, leveled up and locked in. Forever grateful for the @we_are_remedy family for reminding me what life is really about. Do that thing you’ve never done before. You won’t regret it. 🫶🏽
All I’ve been talking about lately is hot yoga — so it only made sense to team up with @hotpodyogabelgravia as one of their ambassadors 🤌🏽
The pod brings me new levels of peace — it’s helped fixed my back, core, and posture so much that the other day I was asked if I’ve grown taller (I just stand up straight now!)
