A lot of sacrifices were made to make this shit LOOK easy. I missed holidays, birthdays, and funerals. Some of my closest friends and family I didn’t see for over a year . I trained multiple times a day even on my worst days. Thank you to my coaches and training partners at @ironroostermuaythai and @banchomma for the support inside and outside the gym. Thank you to my friends and family for remaining in my corner despite my absence. I know greater obstacles and opportunities are ahead. I’m prepared and grateful for both… Back in the cage in March
