Neurodiversity isn’t just about challenges - it’s a huge asset at work. 🧠 What it is: A naturally occurring diversity in how we think, learn and process information. 👀 What it may look like: • Creative, “out of the box” ideas • Deep focus and specialist knowledge • Pattern-spotting and problem-solving strengths 💭 What’s really happening: When we only design work for one “typical” brain, we miss out on innovation, better decisions and more human cultures. 🤝 How to support: • Invite different perspectives in meetings • Celebrate different thinking styles • Match people’s strengths to tasks where possible 👉 Tag a colleague whose thinking you really value. #Neurodiversity #StrengthsBased #InclusionMatters

🌼 Tomorrow is World Kindness Day. Kindness isn't just a feeling - it's a practice. It's the quiet space offered before a meeting. The message that says "thinking of you". The manager who just listens. 💛 Kindness helps us feel safe, seen, and unmasked - especially for neurodivergent people navigating invisible stress. 🗣 How does kindness show up in your world? Let's make kindness more than a moment. Let's make it part of how we include. #WorldKindnessDay #KindnessMatters #Neurodiversity #InclusionEveryDay #ThriveMSLtd

Neurodiversity is on the map. But we still need additional signposting to enact the culture shift that is needed. Mental Health is a vast emotional geography - and neurodiversity is a vital suburb within it. There are bridges between burnout and belonging. There are pathways from sensory overwhelm to safety. There are signposts from trauma to recovery, from grief to connection. But not everyone sees the map. Not everyone knows they're allowed to arrive. That's why Thrive's Neurodiversity in the Workplace Instructor Programme exists - to train leaders, wellbeing champions, and change-makers to ripple out emotionally intelligent culture change. We start 2nd November. Late delegates welcome. Let's build workplaces where neurodivergent minds are not just included - they're understood. Let's unlearn the myths and understand the facts. Neurodiversity means EVERYONE! Our workshops included everyone, our adjustments benefit everyone. Join us. Your voice belongs. #Neurodiversity #InstructorProgramme #CultureShift #InclusiveWorkplace #ThriveTogether #OptInLeadership #EmotionalGeography /ip-dates

How often do you cry? How much do you sleep? Did you know that the two are affected? Crying is actually good for you, and it can help you sleep better, too 😢💤 Letting out tears can reduce stress, release built-up emotions, and trigger a calming response in your body, all of which can improve sleep quality. And as we know, sleep is essential for your mental health, balancing your emotions and your overall well-being and happiness.

"We don't need to worry about Neurodiversity, do we?" If you hear this in your workplace...run. Everyone, not just workplaces, should consider neurodiverse people. Neurodiverse people are at an increased risk of suffering from mental illness and poor well-being. This can be due to a lack of support or recognition, both socially and at work. The more you know, the more you can support your team. Simple. Thrive can provide you with training so your organisation can become more inclusive. Find out more about what we do via our link in bio.
