It’s been incredibly challenging to remain positive these days, but it makes me even more grateful for the glimpses of sunshine that breaks through the dark clouds that have been looming over us.
I got my little brother tickets to see Phantom of the Opera for Christmas, which I hid inside the book as a surprise when he opened it. After the show, we got to meet the cast, who signed the book I gave him. The actor who played Phantom even took a couple of minutes to give him words of encouragement when I told him he’s an aspiring actor. 🥹
Our family has been through some very hard times and to be able to make these special experiences for him, which I could only dream of as a kid, is healing in so many ways. 🩵
