Savasana will always be my favorite part of the practice 🤍 It’s the moment where effort dissolves, the breath slows, and the body finally has space to receive everything it’s been given. Each photo represents a moment where I’m guided to use different instruments—bowls, chimes, drum, breath, silence—not to add anything, but to gently support the nervous system as it settles. Sound becomes an anchor, a reminder that it’s safe to soften, safe to let go, safe to simply be. Different spaces. Different groups. Different energy. There’s something powerful about bringing different forms of healing into one space ✨ Our first collaboration blended Pilates, breathwork, and sound healing — movement, release, stillness, and connection all in one experience.
