It’s the moment where effort dissolves, the breath slows, and the body finally has space to receive everything it’s been given.
Each photo represents a moment where I’m guided to use different instruments—bowls, chimes, drum, breath, silence—not to add anything, but to gently support the nervous system as it settles. Sound becomes an anchor, a reminder that it’s safe to soften, safe to let go, safe to simply be.
Different spaces. Different groups. Different energy.
The intention is always the same: to hold space while the practice integrates — physically, emotionally, energetically.
