3km run down 💪🏼 in November Gary and I are going to do an insane mountain hike in Thailand, Phuket to go & view one of their Big Buddhas on the highest tip of the mountain. 🏔️ It's a 6km hike (3km uphill that involves a 300–400 meter elevation gain/3km downhill) with a bit of climbing and ropes involved as well. From what I've read and seen, it's quite the adventure. Figured it'll be in my best interest to get fit now😂
So let the weekly running commence so that we can smash this hike without breaking a sweat! 💦💀
