This second verse of Glory is special for me. In my adult life, I find myself growing into a person who I needed as a youngster. Someone to tell me it was gonna be alright, that I was gonna be fine and that I was perfect exactly how I was. I faced a lot of internal battles as a kid dealing with who I felt I was vs who the world told me I should be. I’m thankful for those moments, even if when I was in the midst of them they sometimes felt unbearable. I know now that it was all apart of my journey toward “Glory”
