Showing you that taking your workout serious goes hand in hand with taking your recovery serious. Thanks to @umoja.wellness.sanctuary there so happens to be a perfect space just to do that in Dar. 75 Hard is the challenge that changed a lot for me. It’s what taught me consistency, discipline, and how to actually show up for myself… every single day. If you’ve never worked out before, I genuinely think this is one of the best places to start. Here are the rules: • Follow a diet (no cheat meals, no alcohol) • 2 workouts a day (45 mins each, one MUST be outdoors) • Drink 1 gallon of water (≈ 3.8 liters 💧) • Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book • Take a daily progress picture I’m back on it for the third time… and this time, I’m taking you with me- again I’ve also started an Instagram channel: 75 Hard with Lorah It’s a bit more personal and real in there—join if you’re interested☺️❤️ otherwise, I gotta get hotter
