Today reminded me that legacy is not built through performance alone⦠it is built through authenticity, impact, integrity, and the courage to remain true to who you are even in rooms that make you question yourself.
One of the biggest lessons I took from the Leading Legacy Table Seminar is that personal branding is not about creating a fake version of yourself people can consume. It is about understanding who you are, what you stand for, and allowing that truth to walk into every room before you do.
We spoke about pressure, comparison, uncertainty, imposter syndrome, purpose, influence, sustainability, servant leadership, and becoming. And I realised something⦠the most powerful brands are not the loudest ones. They are the most intentional ones.
A title may open the door, but authenticity is what keeps people connected to you.
I also realised that impact is deeper than influence. People may forget what you achieved, but they will always remember how you made them feel.
So Iām learning to stop performing and start becoming. To build something bigger than myself. To use my voice, my story, my pain, my healing, and my purpose to serve people genuinely and intentionally.
Because at the end of the day, if I left the room tomorrow⦠I want my legacy to be felt long after my presence is gone āØ
āLight yourself on fire with passion and people will travel miles to watch you burn.ā š„
