After 5 years in the personal training field, I’ve evolved into a 𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭. Over the years, I’ve seen that hard work alone isn’t the problem—lack of structure, poor movement patterns, and no clear system are what hold most people back. Now, I focus on analyzing how the body moves, identifying imbalances, and building structured, results-driven strategies that improve strength, posture, and overall performance. I specialize in glute development, corrective exercise, and helping sedentary individuals reverse the effects of inactivity through smart, targeted training. This is more than coaching—it’s applying strategy, data, and precision to get real, lasting results. #🇳🇬FitnessAnalyst #Consultant #IfectiveCoaching

A good grip, start with gloves 🤌🏽 If you’re trying to get stronger💪🏽, improving your grip strength will help,”🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️ I recommend gloves to start.” Gym gloves provide stability, wrist support, help reduce slipping, helps prevent callouses and reduces pain in the hands. Clink link in bio or Dm to get this 🔥 #N.B Gym gloves should be cleansed and sundry from time to time.

A lot of people think the solution is always to push harder. But sometimes the body doesn’t need more intensity. It needs better function. Today’s lower body session was focused on activation, control, and restoring movement quality — teaching the hips, glutes, and feet to work together properly again. Because when the body loses balance, other areas start compensating. That’s when discomfort, tightness, and overload begin to show up. Real training is not just about sweating. It’s understanding what your body actually needs. #FitnessAnalyst #FitnessConsultant #IfectiveCoaching #MovementAssessment

If this sounds like you, your body may need an assessment before another workout plan. Send “ASSESS” if you want clarity on what’s actually happening in your body I use: * Movement Analysis * Pattern Correction * Structured Programming To help you: ASSESS → IDENTIFY → CORRECT → PERFORM BETTER #FitnessAnalyst #FitnessConsultant #IfectiveCoaching #MovementAssessment #CorrectiveExercise

Your body is always responding to your lifestyle, stress, occupation, posture, movement habits, and recovery levels. The training style that worked for you before may not always work for the version of your body you have today. Don’t ignore pain and continue forcing performance. Learn to reassess, adjust, and rebuild when necessary. Sometimes the goal is not to push harder, but to restore balance, movement quality, stability, and control. Recovery, corrective exercise, and rehab work are not signs of weakness. They are part of long-term performance and longevity. Gloves @itsifective #FitnessAnalyst #Consultant #IfectiveCoaching

This video is for two types of people: 1. You’ve been training… but your results are slow and your body hurts 2. You’re just starting and you don’t want to get it wrong Both of you are closer than you think. Because the real issue is not effort. It’s understanding. This is why some people train for months… and still feel stuck. And why beginners often start wrong from day one. This is exactly what I help you fix. My Movement System Audit helps you: ✔ Understand your body properly ✔ Identify what’s causing pain or imbalance ✔ Get a clear plan that actually works So you stop guessing…and start training with direction. If you’re ready to do it right—DM “ASSESS” #FitnessAnalyst #Consultant #IfectiveCoaching

One thing I’ve observed: People take their health seriously in the hospital… but treat the 𝗴𝘆𝗺 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿. In the hospital, there’s a system: 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 → 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗲 → 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 In fitness, most people skip straight to: 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 → 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲 → 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗮𝘁 And when it doesn’t work, they blame themselves. The truth is, the system is broken. 𝗚𝘆𝗺𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀. 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱. 𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰. This is why assessment and proper onboarding matter. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗽𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴. If you’re serious about results, start asking better questions about your body. If you want guidance, send “ASSESSMENT” #FitnessAnalyst #Consultant #ifectivecoaching

You don’t need to do more. You need a posture assessment. You’re consistent, you’re putting in the work… but something still feels off. Pain during exercises, certain muscles not “feeling it,” slow or no results. That’s not normal — and it’s not progress. Postural imbalances can: Limit how your muscles activate Force other areas to overcompensate Create pain you think is part of training Hold back your results no matter how hard you try So when results don’t come, it’s easy to blame the gym, the program, or even yourself… The truth is, your body hasn’t been set up to perform properly. cause the real issue hasn’t been addressed. Assessment first. Training second. Fix your foundation, and everything changes. Stop guessing. Get a posture assessment and start training the right way. #FitnessAnalyst #Consultant #IfectiveCoaching

Your glutes don’t just “switch off” — they’re simply not in the right position to work efficiently. Alignment first. Control next. Then load. …And the part nobody talks about: If your Ribcage is flared Pelvis is off Feet are unstable Your glutes lose leverage. And when that happens, it’s not just about doing more reps or adding heavier weight. You’re building strength on a weak foundation Fix the foundation, and your glutes will finally do what they’re meant to do. Want to know if your body is set up properly for glute growth? Send me a message or book an assessment. #FitnessAnalyst #Consultant #GluteSpecialist #IfectiveCoaching

Before you rush into buying a program or joining a group fitness class. Take time to get properly assessed first - it’s helps you understand what your body actually needs, what to work on, and what to leave alone. Train based on how your body works, not someone else’s. Proper assessment saves you from injuries, wasted effort, and lack of results. #FitnessAnalyst #consultant #ifectivecoaching
