On the 1st of March 2026, @meescakes and I had a wedding. I get why they call it the happiest day in your life now. We've come a long way in the eight months we've gotten legally married and started living together, and we're truly honoured to have been held so tenderly by our loved ones near and far. Luv to see everyone smiling and slaying the Online Dance Classes at home! 👯👯‍♀️👯‍♂️ I guess the lockdown years were good for something… we had the opportunity to PIVOTTTTT 😅 and level up our online class skillz! 🤓💻😇 It’s our mission to make dance and yoga as accessible as we can, so we have a few online offerings: ❤️‍🔥If you book in for a course with us, we send you a digital copy of the class so you can practice, catch up if you are sick or refresh the choreography at a later date if you decide to perform the dance with us! ❤️‍🔥If you live interstate or cannot make it into the studio, you can sign up for an Online-Only Dance Course! It’s only 10 bux a class too 🤗 ❤️‍🔥 Lunch Break Yoga is a live-streamed yoga class. I pretty much never post things on main anymore, but here are just a few photos of our very intimate legal ceremony, shot by the delightful @shaeganvishal Thank you to @christinecivilcelebrant for holding our hands (sometimes literally) through this ceremony, @soshairstyling for giving us curls that withstood the chaos of getting married, and our friends and family for being with us on one of the happiest days of our lives. this is actually only the second (or third?) time i’ve celebrated your birthday with you in person since we met thanks to being long distance for so long 🥲 but now we have all the birthdays, celebrations, and the quiet little moments in between ahead of us. happy birthday my wife, i love you ♥️

Overtone Singing with a Mini-Choir: Pink Pony Club (originally by @chappellroan ) Melody: @shuminandyuki @itsfaifuu Harmony: @spicymasalah Overtones: @wyzkc Video: @jansen.nkm So we just finished singing Pink Pony Club with the @singsongsocialclub , which was awesome by the way! During that session, I was talking to @hello.marco and told him I do overtones and he was like, "why don't you try doing overtones" at the part where they were asking people to do ad libs. I was thinking "oh nah it wouldn't fit, you have to plan overtones out". But as we were walking to the bathroom after the session was done, it dawned on me that I *already did Pink Pony Club with overtones before* 😱😱 So before leaving, I told my friends "I've got a crazy idea... @itsfaifuu sing the melody, @shuminandyuki and @spicymasalah you sing the octave above, and @jansen.nkm sing the octave below while I sing overtones. @spicymasalah showed off some gorgeous harmonies and I was like ok no let's do that instead. So we tried one take, and I could not hear myself or the overtones, so after some trial and error and suggestions from the rest, I ended up in the front, and we decided to take out the high octave part in favour of a doubled melody. The overtones were much clearer and I could hear myself much better. It was also @itsfaifuu 's idea to have her and @spicymasalah 's parts come after the first line, which helped establish the melody and overtone line first before making the big chorus sound. After the take right before this, two guys popped out from behind the wall and were like "Very nice! Do it again!" And I was like yeah let's do it one more time for safety, and this was the take. There was one part where I was like "Hmm I didn't move note fast enough here" but then I said, any time I accept a slightly imperfect take is character development (usually I'm a perfectionist) 😂 Thanks guys for helping me make this happen and thanks @jansen.nkm for checking that we were all in frame too! #singasyoulike #pinkponyclub #overtonesinging #mongolianthroatsinging #choir #acapella #chappellroan
