Due to neither having my license nor knowing how to drive, I am a passenger princess 🥰💅. However, I do know how to ride a horse (though it’s been a rly long time... I love a sunset. I really do. So, whenever someone tells me “oh, you’ll see the best sunset of your life at x place,” I always make it a point to go there and check it out. The great thing about sunsets is: every good sunset is the best sunset you’ll ever see until you see the next good sunset. That said: even at a location known for incredible sunsets, not every sunset is actually gonna be a good sunset, because… clouds. The past two times I’ve gone to a specific place to watch The Most Beautiful Sunset in the World, the same thing happened: I sat there next to someone I loved, sipping a piña colada, staring up in wondrous awe at a gorgeous, golden/red/pink/purple/blue sky, and then right when the sun got to the horizon line (when the real magic happens), a GIANT GRAY CLOUD rolled in and obscured the entire sunset, and me and my loved one sat there looking at nada and laughing about how remarkably BAD the sunset was lol But this is exactly why I love making a point of going to watch the sunset: while a good one is truly spectacular to behold, and a bad one with good company is unforgettable 😭🌅🧡. It’s official: I am leaving NYC. I’m currently at JFK airport terminal 5 with a one way ticket to paradise. My flight has been delayed by 2.5 hours so far, but what’s a couple hours when you have a bright, new, sunny future ahead of you? And that’s all to say: goodbye, rats and co 💕 (I’m literally just going on vacation w my bestie @evechrista for like 5 days, but I thought my little dramatic goodbye might more effectively grab your attention 😌💅)

Last week, @sakura.bowden and I sought the counsel of a random psychic we passed after leaving what was obviously a very tame and sophisticated evening involving a tiny bit of wine and perhaps a martini or two. The psychic, as it turns out, was out to get me. She told me that I’m gonna have three children (in this economy?) AFTER having a MISCARRIAGE (bc apparently, while I’ll eventually be grossly fertile, I’ll have to try rly hard to get there) with a man from FLORIDA (why? just why??). All horrifying news. I then was forced to make all that was so, so wrong right by seeking comfort in @iamcadistorm (a good decision) and about 4 glasses of champagne (a bad decision, as they inevitably turned into a RAGING HANGOVER the next day). This is all to say: this psychic was a bad influence, I do not claim my reading, and I resent the b!tch for making me swear off martinis and champagne for at least another week (I love martinis and champagne!!! 😤) What a c u next Tuesday, am I right?!

My home office (messy desk not pictured), stripes painted by me, mural painted by @piliweeber (production designer extraordinaire) for @clubrattv 🤍 second photo is of one of my favorite set details: an umbrella stand that Pili found this umbrella stand on Facebook marketplace for $30 and filled with faux flowers from a 99¢ store. On the show, my character (also named Eva) is an optimistic romantic, and we thought the idea that she would forgo umbrellas for everlasting flowers perfectly embodied that part of her.
