‘Ordinary Time’ is out now everywhere. “...It’s funny, because I wanted to write an album about UFOs. I wanted to write lyrics about all these crazy paranormal ideas I was obsessing over, but I couldn’t. I could only write about my life and what was actually happening to me. I had just quit my job as a teacher and moved in with my parents, and had no idea what to do next. That was all that could ever come through in the lyrics. But I realized that my supernatural obsessions weren’t entirely separate from all this. I think there was some synthesis between not having the full picture of my own life and the same being the case for Life in general.
