I support the freedom of the Palestinian people and the end of the Israeli occupation, apartheid, dispossession, settler colonization and active genocide of the Palestinian people.
This does not mean I do not love and support Jews or that I do not feel deep pain for the suffering and loss in the Jewish community.
If this statement upsets you, confuses you, angers you, I am more than willing to discuss it.
I often wonder what point there is to adding anything to the noise on here. Then I remember the moments of joy I feel in seeing loved ones living their lives, so here’s some of mine.
Holding joy and horror, magic and mayhem, outrage and overwhelming love, is a perpetual state. I’m starting to find a groove in that.
Having incredible family, friends, a partner, travel, all of it makes life worth living. I have more than most, and some days it’s hard to let it be enough. Despite evidence to the contrary, I rarely feel like enough.
If that hits, you’re not alone. Let’s keep going. Because GUESS WHAT. You are enough. I am enough. And we’ve all had enough. And there’s rest, work, love, and a whole buncha other shit to be done. Love you. Mean it.

Collaborating with curator Devlin Shand was soulful flow. Come see the wearable art he made from jewlery of beloveds. Open invitation to bring jewlery that has been passed on to you, if you are looking for a place that will give it new life and purpose. Thru Jan 31, 2026. (I’ll be there in person Jan 11, 18, 21, 25 and 31 so drop in and say hi)
A hasty update!
When life is as busy, chaotic, relentless, and intense as she has been, is, will continue to be, I can forget to savor the richness of it in the moment. There have been so many. From blooming, deepening, precious love the likes of which I haven’t known, to opening the portal to hell outside @queerartsfeatured , to making jewelry out of tiny forks and pieces from lost loved ones, it’s been a full season.
So much to be grateful for, so much to rage against, so much life we’ve been living. Nobody does it better than San Francisco. I love you all, through it all.
That last video is me attempting to express just how important Queer A.F. Is. Stay tuned while I find the words.
