i found a new high and it’s hearing your own music on the crispiest speakers out in nature. 🙏🏼🥹❤️ i debuted my remix of @gorgoncity ’s landslide during my Leo Rising set this weekend at @_electric_oasis_ , and i couldn’t stop smiling (or crying). This song brought me to my knees when I first heard it; it found me during a very dark time and put everything I was feeling into sound. I knew I wanted to remix it, but the direction this went in truly surprised me. Instead of the harder, heavier drop I imagined, I found myself all light and airy. I got to ring in my 40th birthday surrounded
by friends and more bass than we knew what to do with. I played three sets and themed them around my sun, moon, and rising signs. I’ll be dropping them this week and mentally I’m still out in the desert for the forseeable future. Thank you to everyone who came out, everyone who shared their gifts, and everyone that danced until sunrise each night. You are the magic out there!
