What an incredible privilege it was to witness the star studded talent that came together for Into the Wild 2025 Basecamp at @locavorenxt in Ubud, Bali. The entire space created by Chef Eelke and Chef Ray is on a completely different planet. Never have I seen a restaurant like this, in fact, calling it a restaurant is a massive understatement and disservice. It is a playground for chefs, from the sustainable rooftop garden run by Gardener Ari, to the R&D kitchen run by Artiste Extrodinaire @alfonsococinero and the fermentation lab run by Mad Scientist @charraptor , Locavore is literally MIND BLOWING. And being in the presence of all of you truly talented chefs is not only inspiring but also humbling. You have forever inspired me. Thank you 🙏🏻

Kota Kinabalu pop up: IT’S A WRAP!
One of the best things and privileges I enjoy as a travelling chef is getting to meet amazing people and teams around the world while bonding over our love of hospitality and food, around the dining table and in the kitchen.
